I’m a little bit cross about this, as you might be able to tell from the title. I am always happy to promote things that I think are splendid – however, I object to being asked to promote something before I’ve had the chance to decide if it IS splendid.
Allegedly, once this post is published, I’ll be able to ‘claim my post’. Well, whoop-di-fucking doo. I am assuming that I will then be able to delete this post moaning about the process I went through to ‘claim my post’, but just in case I can’t I wanted this post to be personal, like everything else is, and not just a big ‘whoo-hoo’ for something I’m not sure yet that I even like.
Look at me in despair with my head in my hands. (Readers of a Holmes-ian intellectual bent might notice that this is a slight exaggeration for comedic event, as the photo shows a manicure carried out by the Chanel at Covent Garden genius, and not by me.) But I am in despair, and my head will be in my hands just as soon as I finish typing and press publish.
